Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz

A medium – full bodied red wine with vibrant cassis and mulberry fruit flavours, tobacco and mocha oak and subtle black pepper spice. This wine has firm acid back bone with a fine tannin structure supporting sweet ripe fleshy fruit. This wine has great length showing red and dark berry fruit, chocolate tannins and finishes with mint freshness.
